1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for any I Am Glow Nutritions product, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
• Have reviewed the product label, ingredient list, and allergen information

2. Products & Descriptions

Our Collagen Powder is available in two flavours:

• Berry Flavour – 100g (21 servings, 10g per serving)
• Orange Flavour – 100g (21 servings, 10g per serving)

Key actives per 100g: Marine Collagen Peptides (80mg), Glutathione (1000mg), Sea Buckthorn Powder (1000mg), Hyaluronic Acid (1000mg), Biotin (400mcg), Vitamin C (650mg), Vitamin E (100mg).

Product images, colours, and packaging may vary slightly between manufacturing batches or flavour variants. This does not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing and discount codes are time-limited and subject to specific terms; they cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

4. Payment Terms

We accept: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (select pin codes), and Prepaid Wallets. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store complete card details on our servers. Payment must be received in full before dispatch (except COD).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days for most locations across India. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. As a consumable health supplement, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances. Personal dissatisfaction with results does not constitute a valid return reason.

7. Health Disclaimer

The health benefits described are based on published research on the individual ingredients and are not intended as medical claims specific to our product. You are advised to:

• Consult your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication
• Not exceed the recommended serving of 1 scoop (10g) per day
• Keep the product out of reach of children
• Store in a cool, dry place and not use after the best before date

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and product packaging — including brand names, logos, product names, designs, text, and graphics — are the intellectual property of Glowgen Pharmaceuticals or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glowgen Pharmaceuticals, I Am Glow Nutritions, and ABHA Biotechnology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use; losses from reliance on website content; delays beyond our control; or adverse reactions where allergen warnings were not heeded. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. User Conduct

By using our website or services, you agree not to provide false information when ordering, make fraudulent return or refund claims, use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer our formulations, or post defamatory or false content about our products.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, Haryana, India.
